As FROODS; In order to provide service to you, the information received during the demo application opening, the contact information left for communication, the information shared during the e-bulletin registration (name and surname, institution name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) and any information that falls within the definition of personal data. All kinds of data are collected, used, protected, processed, preserved, shared, deleted and destroyed by FROODS under the following conditions and scope.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES PERSONAL DATA CAN BE TRANSFERRED
Your personal data; For the purpose of and limited to the commercial survival of FROODS and the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes;
With group companies and affiliates, our company shareholders and our company’s lawyers, independent auditors, consultants, banks, archiving and invoicing companies, occupational health and safety experts, relevant public institutions and organizations, FROODS, if you have accepted the Permitted User Database Registration and Electronic Commercial Message Permission Text. and Business Partners within the scope of campaigns, promotions and similar marketing activities at home and abroad, and with third parties within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be processed in any verbal, written or electronic environment for legal reasons in line with the purposes stated above, in order to be able to provide the services we offer as FROODS within the determined legal framework and to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract and the relevant legislation completely and accurately, to establish and execute the contract. and can be collected within the scope of relevant legislation, but not limited to these. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles A and B of this text, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
A – YOUR RIGHTS AS A RELATED PERSON WHO IS THE OWNER OF PERSONAL DATA UNDER KVKK NUMBER 6698
Within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK No. 6698, everyone has the right to apply to FROODS as the data controller regarding the following issues:
- Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
- Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- In accordance with Article 7 of KVKK No. 6698, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data ex officio or upon the request of the relevant person, within the framework of the stipulated conditions, in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though the personal data has been processed in accordance with the provisions of this Law and other relevant laws,
- To request that the transactions carried out in accordance with the subparagraphs of Articles 5 and 6 be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
- Request compensation for damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
B – METHOD OF USING THE RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON
The personal data owner “Relevant Person” will be able to notify FROODS of his rights and requests stated in paragraph D. In this context, in order to exercise all other rights the relevant person has in accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698,
